Merging two Jotform accounts

    Hello

    I have taken over the Veeva admin account from Cynthia Davis I also had a separate free instance joanna.sanders@veeva.com

    I need to merge the free instance into the paid for main one is that possible? or do I need to recreate the forms and close down the free one?

    We can help you moving the forms to the main account. Kindly confirm the above are the forms you need moved to one account. Also kindly confirm if we can help you move the forms.

    Dear Jo,

    Unfortunately, we did not receive any screenshot you have sent us. Please send it as you can see in the following guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum. New form links will not be generated. The form links will be the same, the only account owner will change, if we move the forms.

    Furthermore, why don't you consider adding a sub-user instead of moving the forms? You are able to add sub-users to your main account and share permissions with them as you can see in the following guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User So, your sub-users will be able to view the submissions of related form or edit the form, if you give them permissions in the main account. 

    I would recommend you enter into your account named "CDavis0407" and add your account named "josanders" as a sub-user. You can share the permissions of "CDavis0407" with "josanders".
