Buttons on payment section not "selecting"

    Customers complaining they can't select items on this form using the check box. The drop down options work to select items, but not checkbox.


    ALSO

    On mobile view the options are off the screen to the right even though I set form width to 400. How can I set it up so options appear under the item?

    Can you try to disable the Required option and enable again the Required option?
