Hi. I got the message "login suspended". What does that mean? Can you reactivate my account?

We can reactivate your account once you allow us to remove that sensitive form field.

Yes. I use the password field so I can filter the fields by user. I use the forms to service request, and so field are only filled by employees and others by the customer. But it is ok, if you have to remove the field.
