I didn't realize I opened a forum question, was just searching text at the
time .. I have an open form for a fundraising activity and I have dealth
with 30 of the submissions .. is there a way to clear the submissions,
allowing for new orders to come in and I can easily see that the new
submissions haven't been dealt with? Is there option beyond delete is my
question .. Thanks in advance!

When you receive a new submission it will be shown as unread in My Forms folder of your account.
If you do not limit your form submissions, you can receive new submissions without any issue as long as your within the account limits.
The only way to remove the submissions from the submission page is to delete them.
Please note that deleted submissions can not be restored. They will be permanently deleted from our database. I would suggest you to download them first to your computer as a backup before deleting them.
