Hello, I have submitted this issue to our developers and they will be letting you know when the issue is resolved. Meanwhile, I see that you can edit the form. You may want to clone the form and use the clone for now. It may be that the problems that we had today due to the data maintenance that we had today may be causing this. At any rate, we apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience and for letting us know about the issue!
Here is a quote with a tip while you edit the clone of your form:
As per quoted by our Founder Mr. Aytekin,
"This is a data replication problem between our servers in different data centers. You may either wait little bit for the changes to be updated, or you can use the same domain name. For example if your form is on jotform.us, you can login and use the form builder onwww.jotform.us. Then there will not be any lag in the updates. Usually there is no lag but we are doing some database maintenance today."

Fixed now. It was a data replication issue.

Thank you. I am now able to succesfully log in. Just so you know, the form I created does not appear when I hit the "My Forms" tab at the top. I was able to find it however by scrolling to the bottom of the page at the right under where it says welcome.

You only had 2 forms in your account as shown here, is this correct? Clearing your browsers cache might also help.
