Could you please provide the form link and the email address that is not receiving the email notifications?
If the email address is a Gmail account, there is a problem that Gmail recipients not receiving notification emails. Our developers are now investigating the issue.
We will contact you again on this thread once the issue is fixed.

I am also experiencing the same problems. Please notify me as well, when the gmail issue is fixed!
If the email notifications do actually come through, there is between a 1-4 hour lag in the time it takes for transfer of the notification.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
Update: The problem was caused by a very long queue. Existing submissions that were not delivered should be delivered in an hour.
New submissions will be delivered instantly as usual.
