How would i set this type of payment up?

Asked by whatsinyourbackpack on January 28, 2011 at 03:36 PM

I'm making a registration form for a weekend conference. The registrants will be paying either by cash or cheque at our church. They have to select 1 of the 3 accomodation types, and then, if they wish, choose any of the various workshops (some are free and some have a small fee). Is there anyway to set this up so that it will calulate the total, but the selection of workshops and accomocation are seperate?

OK, so no payment integration is needed on the form? That makes things easier.

Just use the conditions. They are perfect for this. Depending on the choice user makes you can show additional options.

The only problem left would be the total. You cannot calculate the total on the additional options they choose. Total calculation is only possible on the payment field types.
