I created a form for even registration and I notice that submissions are not avaailable in my account. For two submissions I got a notification mails but when I log in to the jotfor account and try to see those submissions I notice that those submissions are missing. And I notice that one of my other forms show that it has more submissions than it should be. Because of that I suspect that submissions should go to other form is submitted there and those submissions can't viewed due to some incompatibility. Is there any way that I can retrieve those submissions?

Yeah I'm having problems too. I received 64 email notifications but my jotform account says I had 140 submissions. Also I can't view some of the submissions I received by email in my jotform account. Three years in a row I've had problems with jotform in August/September. Please get this problem fixed asap.

Thanks for quick reply. I tried that already and it didn't work. If there is a way to obtain those missing submissions please let me now.

We had a data replication problem yesterday. The submission counts are incorrect because of that. We will try to fix the counts.

You are welcome and we are glad that your problem has subsided. I would like to also inform you that our development team has migrated our databases to a more powerful server cloud and this caused a replication data delay. Because of a data replication problem between our servers some of the counts were increased incorrectly, but the submissions are correct.
We would also like to ask that you please check the Data on Excel and compare it to your emails, and if you see any missing entries in the Excel, then please let us know and we will look into it further.
