How can I conditionally make a field required or not required?

Hi there,

What I mean is that, in the secotion of the form under introduction, there are single choice points that ask a "yes" or "no quesiton. I want these to be required before submitting the form.

However underneath that, I want to have an optional response. If the user selects yes then I want the following text field to be mandatory. But if they choose no then I want it to not be mandatory. Does that make sense?
