You can generate a PDF file for each submission so it won't be for all of them.

Instead of using a PDF, a spreadsheet file (e.g. xls or csv) is way more manageable in my opinion. This would also allow you to sort the submissions upon your discretion in Excel.

Going with the suggestion above, you can export your Submission Data to Excel. From there, feel free to sort it the way you want it to.

It's worth mentioning that you can also sort your submission data right on your Submissions Page. The data grid at the bottom has columns that can be sorted.
