I have just found that I have stopped receiving the last 4 forms which have been completed.
Can you please investigate why they have not been sent.

As far as I understand the problem, you do not receive notification emails to your recipient email address.
Could you please give us the related form URL and your recipient email address that did not receive notification emails recently in order to let us investigate the issue further?
