I have found the help on these forums extremely helpful. I'm not great at this and the first time I have started making forms so having to refer to the forums for quite a bit of support and advice for which I am extremely grateful. I have a couple of queries with my images:
I have an area in my form where the user can submit a couple of images and have used a widget to preview the image. It is all working fine when I test this.
However when I go into the inbox for my form and view submissions, the images are massive. This is also the same for the PDF.
I have tried to follow instructions to go customise PDF settings and look for the mark in the corner to grab the image and resize it but cannot get this to work either.
Any advice to point me in the right direction would be gratefully received.

First of all, thank you for contacting us.
I have sent the fixes about the image issue on the submission and submission PDF page at this week. Then, I checked your form, I could not encounter any problem about image sizes.
Could you please check your submissions again? I will be waiting for your response.

Thank you for providing clarity on the description of the issue. I was able to reproduced it also when I test.
Due to the large dimensions of the uploaded image, the PDF report output will not auto resize the image on the same page of the output. This causes the image to be cut into multiple pages in the PDF report.
I found a workaround to this by customizing the form submission PDF report.
You can manually drag the upload image field in the pdf report to resize the image in the report output.
You can see the drag/handle icon in the upload image field that will allow you to manually drag to resize the field output.

After further review I found that resetting the PDF report fixes the issue already.

Thank you both for your time with this - the reset has worked perfectly and the photos now coming up correctly sized. Much appreciated.
