Currently, I only see a way to view feedback forms that clients have sent back to us. I need a way to view feedback forms that WE HAVE SENT out to our clients requesting their feedback. The reason for this is two-fold. I need to have an easy way to track which forms are open and I need to have an easy way to re-send the request a second time as a reminder that we are still waiting on this information. Can you help me?

As I checked your account, you have currently a small numbers of forms in your account:
I don't know how you send your forms to your customer but if you use our send on e-mail tool under the publish tab, you can check them on your mail log:
If this is not the case you are referring, please provide us some more additional information.
