How to determine what forms were signed

Your form data is stored on your submissions page. You can view the signed forms there:

Note that if you want to ensure all your submissions are signed every time you can mark the signature field as required. To do that click on your signature field and open the properties ( gear icon ). Then on the general tab enable the "required" setting.
