Form Encryption: Protecting personal infomration

Hi, how can I protect the employee information form from being seen by everybody when they fill out the form. 

The submission data of your form is only accessible to your account. Here is a guide on how to view your submissions: How to View Form Submissions. You can also add additional security to your form by enabling the Encrypted option of your form.
