    Guys,

All photos are loading upside down and the emails are sending upside down when you submit the form. See the attached email that comes through when you submit the form. Can you help please? This has been happening consistently for the past few months randomly.

    Hello,

As far as I know, none of our upload tools modify the orientation of the files in any way. Whatever the original orientation of the uploaded image, it will be retained once it's submitted to our server. This means that if the files uploaded by the user are not in the proper orientation, it will be retained as in. This issue sometimes occurs on iOS devices when you take pictures directly through the file upload field.

I also made a cloned version of your form and uploaded several files and their orientation are retained.

Unfortunately, I don't think the Image Upload Preview Widget has some function that detects wrong orientation and fixes it automatically. Anyway, I'll escalate this to our developers so hopefully, this will be considered in the future update of this widget.

    Thanks

This issue it still happening. I understand that you can't copy the issue, but the photos are still uploading upside down, even if we save them in the correct orientation on our computers. Can you please fix this issue!?
