Not sure about the emails you saw, could you please provide the screenshot of the email so we can verify if those are not spam emails?

You can attach the screenshot by following: https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum

    We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you!

I deleted all that junk from my inbox. The attached image displays one of the emails (JotForm <noreply@jotform.com>) and is a copy of the actual email I received from Adobe. However, the other's when deleted removed themselves entirely. I created a mockup of what they looked like for your review. Both returned emails stating that to contact you, simply reply to the email.

These are not spam because they were sent to me in response to my attempt to convert my pdf files.1507658483jot Screenshot 101507658573jot2 Screenshot 21

Without the screenshots of the two emails you described it is difficult for us to know if they are legitimate. The PDF messages seem to be legitimate though.

If you receive any more of them and aren't sure, take a screenshot and post them here on the forums.

The screenshots ARE attached above. Sorry in my message I said they were from Adobe, not from JotForms. I meant to say they were from Jotforms.

    What I meant to say:

I deleted all that junk from my inbox. The attached image displays one of the emails (JotForm <noreply@jotform.com>) from my trash folder and is a screenshot of the actual email I received from JotForms. However, the other's when deleted removed themselves entirely. I created a mockup of what they looked like for your review, with the correct email address. Both returned emails stating that to contact you, simply reply to the email.

These are not spam because they were sent to me in response to my attempt to convert my pdf files.

    Thank you

Yes those PDF messages look legitimate.

When creating a fillable PDF JotForm or importing a PDF JotForm will notify you when your fillable PDF's have been processed. Or as in this case notify you they couldn't be created.

Yes, I know that, BUT the message (clipped below) says, reply to this email if you have questions. BOTH email addresses go NOWHERE.

The point of my original comment still stands. You should change your message to STOP frustrating people who are TRYING to reach you!

To be honest, we really should just remove that import tool.  Since it can only import a single type of PDF that can no longer be created, it is not very useful.  I understand the frustration of the contact link in the email going no where.

We only used pdf@jotform.com while Forms Central was closing and for a bit after.  Since that import tool is only related to that service, it is rarely used and in even fewer case the email you received is sent.  It is not an issue that we come up against.
