Unable to login to account: "Login attempts has been reached"

    When I enter my username and password the "sign in" button refuses to be responsive. I have restarted computer and am unsure what to do . Need to send out 50 forms today .

    I have tried both and I was able to successfully log in to my account. (Google Chrome)

    May we know what browser were you using when you encountered the issue, please?

    Also, you can try using the enter button on your keyboard instead of clicking the "Sign In" button after you entered your username and password.

    It says "Login attempt has been reached" it is for a different account: xiong.yang@realtyonegroup.com

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. However, the warning message you are seeing only appears if there have been multiple attempts to log in to the account within the same hour. There is no way we can reset that on our end. If you want to log in to your account, you need to wait for at least 30mins so the login attempts have already refreshed.

    Do you mean to the account that is registered with the email address xiong.yang@realtyonegroup.com? I have checked our records and unable to find any account registered using this email address except a guest account which is why you are experiencing the issues with login. If you have the account username, please let us know so that we can look into.

    However, as already mentioned by our colleague, the account should be unlocked in an hour after reaching the limits.

    That account has been used for the past 8 months to send jotforms titled "vendor compliance" ....so I am unsure what you are talking about.

    I have checked again and found that xiongyang account is registered using your email address mauka.martinez@realtyonegroup.com itself. There are 3 forms in this account titled Advertising Displays and Adversiting verification. Are you referring to this account? 

    If so, the account is now active and good in standing. Please let us know if you are referring to a different account. We will be happy to take a look again.

    The account I used was under email: xiong.yang@realtyonegroup.com

    I found the email in bounce list. It was the reason you were not able to log in using the email.

    I have fixed it now and removed the blocked email.

    I suggest you log in to the account using the username xiongyang instead. Log in at https://www.jotform.com/login

    As of this checking the account is Active and forms are available. Ex: https://www.jotform.us/form/71505268891160
