Is there a way I can changet the background for individual fields?

Also, is there a way I can change the background for individual fields (not all fields)?

Yes, you can do this by adding a custom CSS codes in the form. I would suggest doing this in the advanced designer.

In the advanced designer, go to the CSS tab. Then hover your mouse to the field, it should show you the form line. Like this:

Now, double click that line of the field to add its unique ID in the CSS area:

Add the background color style, like this:
