If I'm not mistaken, what you wish to do is you would like to replace the purchase order field with Square. If this is the case then what you need to do is first, remove your purchase order field by deleting it. Next, get a new Square payment field from the payment fields list.

Do not worry about your products as these will not get deleted even if you remove the purchase order field.
