We can help you better if you would provide more info on your posts. For now, I'll cover copying and moving the form then let you decide how to proceed.
1. Copying a form
Copying (or cloning as we call it) will leave a copy of the form on your account. All you have to do is share your Form's URL with that new user that you're referring to.

Afterwards, share the link below with that new user so he/she can clone your form to his/her own account.

Compared with moving a form, cloning will only clone the form itself (and not your submission data).
2. Moving a form
This can only be done by us, the Support Team. Moving a form would mean you will lose the form from your account and it will be moved to that new user's account, along with all the Submission Data associated with it. If this is what you want, please reply to this thread with the following:
🔘 The Form URL/ID of the form(s) that needs to be moved
🔘 And the username of the target user who will receive it
