Date Picker: Request for an input mask option

Hello,

WIth the calendar/date field there's text displayed for the format you want. I would like an option to provide Placeholder and then have the input mask appear on focus just like how the phone field provides a placeholder and then upon focus shows the input mask.

Unfortunately, we do not currently have such option. I have added a feature request ticket to our system to see if it can be implemented at some point. There is no ETA, but we will let you know if we have any updates on this.
