I have been using jotform for almost two years. Form is great. I changed from paypal buttons to the paypal wizard to make the checkout seemless for my customers. I've had 3 subscriptions that my customers could choose from. It's all been working fine without any issues. I recently added a fourth subscription and now I've got problems. The fourth subscription really IS NOT A SUBSCRIPTION but jot form won't let me have a one time product to purchase along with subscriptions. IT'S EITHER ONE OR THE OTHER. so the fourth subscription has the first time fee and then monthly payments of $0.00. problem is when I do it that way, it won't take the customer to the paypal checkout. don't ask me why. I thought you might know. when i made the subscription a one time fee and then monthly payments of .01 cents, then it worked. can you help me out.
is there a way to have a product with a one time charge on the same form as a subscription?

Unfortunately, that's no a supported case on our PayPal integration. It is currently not possible to have both products and subscription on the same form. We usually recommend create a separate form for the products but since you don't mind trying different approaches, you can also try this: For example, create a PayPal subscription for $0.01 with 10 year payment period.
