All Questions on One Page

Hi, I created a form and then made clones of it. When I created it I chose "All Questions on One Page". However, when I preview or publish the form, they are moving through the questions with only one visible at a time.

I would really like for all of the fields and questions to be visible at one time (there is a video with instructions and currently the video and fields are not visible at the same time).

    Is this possible?

Unfortunately, there's no option for your account to change the form layout of the form (http://www.jotform.us/form/72824937484166).

Keep in mind that when you create a form in your account, there is a window that will pop-up to ask you if you want to create an all in one form page or one field per page form. Please choose carefully because there's no way to switch the form layout as of this moment.

However, I cloned your form and turn it to the Legacy Form Layout. You can copy the form by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

    Here's the form: https://form.jotform.com/72827784428975

I hope this helps. If you have any questions, please contact us again.
