i have been getting reports from our sales staff that when they try to use our online and offine forms that it is not available.
also on our website the online payments says the same thing when we try to take our playments online using jotform

The form is currently disabled. Please enable it in My Forms page. Here's how:
1. Go to My Forms page, here's the link:
2. Select the form and then click the "More" button.
3. After that, choose the "Enable" option.
