How can I get the text section of my form included in the form when it's submitted?

    My form is not showing any of the verbiage that I have added in the text section when the form is submitted to me. I am having people sign a contract so the verbiage is very important. Please let me know how I can ensure the whole form can be saved as a pdf.

    I recommend you to enable the "Show Headers and Texts" option on the Submissions page. Here's a guide: How-to-Show-Headers-and-Text-in-the-PDF.

    After that, you can download the submission as a PDF file.

    You may also enable the PDF attachment in the email notification. In this way, a copy of submission in PDF file will be attached to the email alert. You can do this in the Advanced tab of the Notification settings.
