Electronic waivers and membership application

Hello, I am looking at options to replace our one page paper form with an electronic form signable offsite or onsite from a tablet.

My questions:

Will i be able to take information from this form easily like emails and contact my customers from it for future marketing campaigns?

Will it work offline if my network goes out?

Can my form be placed in a Kiosk type mode so a customer could fill it out, sign it, submit it then hand it to the next customer without me needing to intervene to reopen an application or website ? I dont want customers using the tablet for anything but filling out the forms without my permission so is the program lockable?

The form cannot be opened if you're offline, but if the form is opened, you start filling it and the internet goes off, you can preserve the entered data by using our Auto-fill feature: https://www.jotform.com/help/227-How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-on-Forms

So when the internet is back you will be able to retrieve data and submit.

Our forms are not applications, the forms are opened in Browser, so we can not lock the device.

What you could do is to set the Thank you page of your form to be the form URL: https://www.jotform.com/help/211-Setting-up-the-Thank-You-Page by using the "Redirect to external link" option.
