As far as I checked your form named "Create Your Video", you have a Stripe payment gateway and the total price is shown on the form as you can see the screenshot below:
So that, your users can see the total price before entering credit card numbers on the next page.
You can enable/disable total price option in Stripe payment gateway configurations as you can see the screenshot below:
I hope this helps. Please tell us if you need any further clarification.

obviously see that the form shows the price. That was not my question. I
asked why isn't he DISCOUNTED TOTAL SHOWING ON THAT FORM WHEN THE CLIENTS
ARE PUTTING IN A VALID COUPON CODE? IT JUST SAYS THAT IT IS VALID BUT DOES
NOT ADJUST THE PRICE SO THEY CAN SEE WHAT IT IS WITH THE DISCOUNTED AMOUNT!

This thread was split from the original thread. It appears that there is some sort of a confusion that happened here. Instead of connecting it to the coupon code, it is split as a different issue.
Anyways, if this is the form in question; http://www.jotform.us/form/72744496284165, I don't see the coupon code box here. Please configure the coupon again so we can check. If it's a different form, please share it here.
