I was unable to load any of my saved file (images) on your system. Do you have any server problem? Please confirm. Since I have to publish my form today. I couldn't see any image preview of my files neither could add any more file.

I just tested viewing my uploaded images on my end but I was not able to replicate the problem. Can you try logging out and logging back in to see if the problem persists? But if this is not necessary anymore (as I noticed you have an image on your form already), just ignore the suggested test.
