Submissions in excel: Some fields are missing

I have some shared forms in my account, but when I try to download the excel from new submissions, some fields are missing and I cannot download it co

Could you please give us related form URL that you have this problem? Also, I have checked your account named "crinapopa" however, I couldn't find any form.

Thanks for your answer. I was referring to some Shared forms from another account. I was wondering if there is a way to work on them (e.g. Create an excel file from some forms). I tried to work on them but since they are Shared forms I cannot see correctly some fields when I create an excel from these Shared forms.

Dear Crina,

If main account owner has given the access to you in order to view submissions, you are able to download submissions as an excel field as you can see in the following guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF 

You should be able to see all of the form fields in the submission excel without exception, doesn't matter if you are a sub-user or not. 

Please give us further detailed information regarding which form do you have this problem and which fields are missing on the submission excel?
