Form calculation widget ceased to work properly!

Till now form calculation widget would use calculation values from a specified field, now it is using values from a field's options - the ones that are visible instead of calculation values which are enabled for a certain field!!! Please have a look at the below screenshots and see for yourself using the below debug form I've made to illustrate the problem:

Due to this issue I had to suspend my active forms used to run my business, good I've spotted this before sending the form out to new business partners... Please rectify.
