I've tried to upgrade my account but it doesn't appear to be working

    We've reached our maximum number of submissions so I'm trying to upgrade but the payment seems to be stuck as processing and not complete. Can you please have a look at this urgently as this is stopping us from recieving important submissions.

    Your account currently stands at Premium subscription already. Are you meaning to say you are still seeing on your end your account as still Free?

    Try to logout and logged in back to JotForm, it is possible this is only a browser cache reflecting previous data on your end.

    Please update us if issue persist.
