Why can't I retrieve form in profile?

    Hello,


    I can't find in my profile a form I've made. The link of the form is https://form.jotformeu.com/72423935731356.


    Once I go to my profile and to the section "My forms", I can't see it. And if i follow the link https://form.jotformeu.com/build/72423935731356 , I reach the profile page.

    Could you please help me on that ?

    I am assuming that you are not seeing your form under "My Forms" in your form builder once you login.

    I just checked your profile and found the form under "My Forms".

    Please refer to the screenshot:

    Can you please check back again?
