I have forgotten my password and username for my jotform account. When I ask for a password reset to be sent to my email, nothing is being sent.
Please can you help?

I checked your profile with email address: firstname.lastname@example.org and found that, it's a guest account.
If you are using any other account, please provide us the email address associated with that account so we can check.

I'm trying to pick up on an account at work that my predecessor was using.
If my email is associated with a guest account, is there any way to view my jotform responses on the website and perhaps download them?

As a matter of fact, there is no form under your account associated with the email: email@example.com
The account is created today but since the account has not been verified, it's still in Guest Status.
