Hello,
The person who previously managed our JotForm account has left our team. I need to move this account to a new user. What is the best way to do this? Do I need to cancel the account and renew under a new name? Or is there a way to update the username and contact info in the existing account?

Are you referring to this account Cpatterson4? The account is connected to the email address you use in this thread (courtney.patterson@sagaciousconsultants.com). If you wish to change the username of the account, you can send us a request by creating a new thread logged in to the account Cpatterson4 and we will process it.
