Usually your email goes in the bounce list when incoming mail from JotForm is rejected by your email provider.

So to stop this from occurring you have two options:
1. Setup SMTP
So that email is not sent by JotForm ( and therefore not rejected ). You will need your SMTP server settings. So you will need to contact your email provider or admin.
2. Whitelist JotForm IP's
So that email is not rejected by your email provider. Again, you will need to contact your email provider or admin.
