    Trying to route submissions

Asked by trinitywebgroup on September 06, 2012 at 12:13 AM

Just trying to see if there was an option to get the FORM submissions so that we could collect the data and use a script/program to route the response to appropriate teams.

something like an API or FTP would be preferred..

I have seen posts on FTP .. but the challenge is that it expects an Upload Button.. is there someway we can achieve this functionality..

You can integrate the form to google doc spreadsheet.. Please see this article http://www.jotform.com/blog/57-Google-Docs-Integration-Send-Responses-to-Google-Spreadsheets-Instantly-

Is this not enough means to get your submissions outside JotForm?

When you have integrated to google spreadsheet, you can take advantage of the google doc scripts/program to create then your custom applications.

    Hope this help.

Please inform us if you have other inquiry.

    Thanks.

Hello trinitywebgroup.  In addition to jonathan's suggestion -- have you tried using POST data submission option?  This way, you can capture the array of the data submitted to your custom Thank You URL which can be your script processor for routing the response to appropriate teams.
