How do sub accounts work?

How do sub accounts work? My company would like to create multiple jotform application forms under a single email address/jotform account. Can multiple people all use the full functionality of the site at the same time under a single account? I want all users to be able to create forms, edit forms, download data, everything. 

Sub accounts are accounts that you share access with to form and give the ability to create forms in your account. This allows for creating one account, upgrading it and then giving access to other accounts to create forms in your account, giving those forms the upgraded account limits. Each account would have their own log in.
