    Hi,

    Thanks for contacting us. I have answered your question as below:

    Please advise in regards to how is this licensed?

    Jotform is an online form builder application that is controlled and managed by Interlogy LLC. If you need licensed version of Jotform,  you can deploy Jotform in your own server and have complete control over your data and the application.

    See: http://www.interlogy.com/products/jotform/

    For JotForm licensed concerns please send an email to contact@interlogy.com or you can contact them directly here: http://interlogy.com/contact.html

    Is this web based and if so is only one user allow to access the account?

    Yes, Jotform is web based and you can access your form submissions when online by accessing your registered Jotform account.

    Yes, Jotform is one user allowed access. Jotform forms belong to individual user accounts, so having multiple editors is not possible.  However you could import copies of each form into each of your other accounts.  Have a look at this page for intructions on that.

    If you just want to share data amongst multiple people then instead of creating and managing lots of accounts simply create an Excel feed and send its URL to your users. Here is how you can do that:

    But depending on your reuirements, there are a few workarounds available as described in these threads:

    Do you have a user agreement that you can forward to us for our review?

    For user terms and general terms of service. Kindly check the link below;

    Please provide any licesning restrictions?

    Yes, we do have restrictions depending on the account one owns. This can be quota allocation limits and other terms that can be viewed in the links below:

    By the way, i checked your account and found that it is under guest account, you will need to move it to Free registered account  to ensure you can access it in future. Follow the link below for guidelines
