Form Unavailable Error Message

I was editing and troubleshooting my Contractor Registration Form last night, and all of a sudden I started getting a "Form Unavailable" error message when editing the "Redirect to external link" URL (see screenshot, below). Its programmed to redirect to my Contractor Profile form. And, I thought it might be a temporary connection problem, or the site might be down for maintenance. But, I'm still getting that same error today. I see in the Forum that this can be caused by the form being Disabled. However, neither form is currently disabled. What else can cause this, and how do I fix it?

    Thanks!

    P.S.

Please ignore the second screenshot of "Incomplete Values". That's a different problem I'm having, and I uploaded it by accident. Feel free to delete it.

I have just checked your form and it appears to be active and viewable. Can you try again and let us know if the problem persists?

    Thanks.

    Hi Liyam -

Yes, the problem is still there. The "Redirect to external link" form on the Contractor Registration Form is still unavailable!

That's quite strange. Just to be sure, is this the form that you are referring to: http://www.jotform.us/form/72496425488167

Here is a screenshot of the screenshot of that form:

    Looking forward to your response.

    Liyam -

Yes, that's the registration form in which I've stored the URL intended to prepopulate my "Contractor Profile Form". However, as of a few minutes ago, I've been able to fix the problem (see Solution, below). And, I appreciate your efforts to try and help me figure this out.

    Thanks!

    Solution:
I entered the prepopulate URL into my browser's search window (outside of JotForm), and got the same error message. That told me it wasn't a JotForm issue, but likely a URL issue. So, I tried deleting all the prepopulation data from the string, and still got that error. I began to wonder if maybe the form's base address was in error. And, I checked the Publish tab of the Contractor Profile Form, and low and behold, that was the case. I somehow must have copied a different form address into the prepopulation string while editing. (Not sure how or where the faulty address came from, or how you were able to claim it "worked fine on your end"!?!) But, I exchanged the old address with the "correct" one, and voila! The form was working again.
