I need help adding the adobe sign widget.

I cannot get the adobe widget to work and to go to my form. How do I create a separte form that the widget takes the user to and then reads a doc and signs it?

Please note that the widget only requires to authenticate your DocuSign account, then you will only need to set a title for the document that your users will sign. 

The document will be created at the moment that your users submit the form, it's not possible to link an existing document from your account into the DocuSign widget.
