How to calculate total pricing from input tables?

    Hi there,

We love JotForm! Currently we're using JotForm as a way for our wholesale customers to order whole bean coffee from us. What's missing is a way to calculate totals down columns with whole numbers submitted by our clients...

For example: They enter that they'd like x2 five pound bags, and x2 one pound bag and things are tallied at the bottom of the sheet: 12 pounds TOTAL.

Any way to help with this?

    Thanks!!

I have cloned your form named "Elysian Coffee Order Form" on my side in order to test it.

I have seen you have some coffee types and you want to calculate the price per kilogram. I recommend you add form calculation widgets to the form in order to calculate pricing as you can find detailed information in this guide.

You are able to set matrix fields to the widget and multiply their values with their price as you can see the example screenshot below:

You can add also a total value at the end of the form to calculate entire total pricing as seen below:

    I hope this will help.

Moreover, if you want to receive online payments from the form by selling your coffees, you can do it by setting payment gateways to the form.
