How to show hide payment methods?

Ok. So this is great BUT, in this same form (URL below), UNTIL someone clicks check/credit as a choice, all the other fields show up. I guess that's not the end of the world but I would rather those fields don't show at all UNTIL a selection is made. Is that possible??

your cloned form works EXACTLY the same way as mine.  Just coming at it from the opposite direction.  My issue is that all of those fields below the choice of credit card vs check show UNTIL you make your credit card/check choice.  Is there a way to hide everything below that choice until AFTER a choice is made?
