How to download completed submissions?

I need to be able to download forms completed after a certain time/date or make a copy of the completed forms and delete the ones i already have. 

I need to download the forms as an excel or csv only.

You can download completed submissions by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF, after that you can delete the submissions, but please be noted that deleted submissions cannot be retrieved.
