Desculpa,
gostaria de relatar que houve um erro na opção de pagamento, estava ate a presente data assinando o plano Silver anual.
Porem estava criando outra conta nova no sistema JotForm, onde eu não estava logado na conta Kanri, porem ao selecionar o plano Bronze para conta nova, automaticamente alterou meu plano da conta Kanri!
Sendo que ainda tenho até abril de 2018 pago o plano Silver!!!
Gostaria de uma posição da administradora do sistema JotForm, referente a este tema.

I checked your charges and they were already adjusted, the wrong charge was refunded and your account is on a Silver yearly plan as you intended.

As my colleague mentioned your account is now back to Silver Yearly. However, since we have just switched your plan today (12/10/17), your next billing date is changed from April 18th, 2018 to October 12th, 2018. Because of this 6 month discrepancy, $193.29 was charged to your account (May 2018 to October 2018).
