Hello, I didn't see an answer to my question.

    I need a payment solution for a non-profit where:

    1.  the transcation fee can be shown and also added to the total; and

    2.  a spreadsheet of the name, address, etc. and amount is maintained for reporting and other purposes.

Can you please suggest a solution.

Thank you very much in advance.

Hello, I didn't see an answer to my question.

Hello there too 😊 Do you happen to have the link to the thread you posted? We usually don't miss to answer a thread that is posted in our forum. Try opening this page to see all the previous questions you posted.

    1. the transcation fee can be shown and also added to the total; and

Transactions fees are not covered by us. This is handled by the payment gateway you choose. Any payment field you add to your form will have an option to show the total on the form itself so your users will see what they're about to pay for.

Since you never mentioned which payment field you will use, here's a complete list of all payment processors we integrate with: https://apps.jotform.com/category/payment_processing

If all you need is some sort of Payment Authorization (e.g. charge your users at a later date), then your choices would be limited to Stripe, Paypal or Authorize.net.

In case you're not sure which one will work for you, I recommend reading this article: Which-Payment-Processor-is-Right-for-Your-Business

    2. a spreadsheet of the name, address, etc. and amount is maintained for reporting and other purposes.
