You can send pdf versions of your attachments in the emails. There is a setting for that in the email settings that the submission will be attached to the emails. You can insert them to both notifications and autoresponders:
Unless I understand correct, this will be useful for you. Please don't hesitate to contact us again for your further queries.
The other ticket that is already assigned to one of our developers will be considered separately. Please follow that thread also if your issue hasn't been resolved.
Regards.

Thanks, Seth, I am aware of the feature you noted above, thank you - it is very useful but that is after the form has been completed and submitted.
I don't believe I've made my need very clear. I'm wanting a fillable pdf. I would like to be able to send a blank (un-completed) version of the form to people in order for them to complete.

Thank you for clarifying your concern, we appreciate it.
It would be possible for you to create a Fillable PDF copy of your form. Here's a guide on how you can do that — How-to-Create-a-PDF-Form
And here's another guide that would be very useful when creating one — Fillable-PDF-Everything-you-need-to-know-about-JotForm-Fillable-PDF-Creator
If you have other questions or concerns regarding this, please feel free to let us know.

Thanks, Mike. However, I feel like I'm spinning in circles in this help forum! In a perfect world I would work out my issues with the first tech person all the way through to resolution -but the way JotForm has it set up is for anyone to jump on a respond and if you see my very first original post the concern is that I'm trying to use your Fillable PDF function and am receiving an error message. I love the system because I do get quick responses but the problem is that people are responding too quickly and keep starting new threads and my original concern is not getting addressed and keeps getting lost in the shuffle.
After following the steps in the first mentioned link in the previous message I get the following error message:

Hello again,
As I said before, your first thread is assigned to one of our developers. She has been working on it.
I tried to download your form as a pdf and I see that "2018 CME_CNE INMED Disclosure Form" cannot be downloaded as a fillable pdf and the issue has already been escalated to our developers.
We will notify you via this thread when the issue is fixed. I will send a message to remind the issue again.
Regards.
