    I checked the webpage http://www.mercierbcs.com.au/ you previously provided, but I was not able to find any JotForm form there. 

    Please provide us more details about your issue and the exact URL of your webpage where the form is embedded.

    Hi,


    Unfortunately, I still can not log in to our jotform account using any computer within our network and get the same message; however the login is successful using any other computer out of our IP range. I also checked the forms frame problem and it is only happening on our own computers; I suspect that it should have something to do with our IPs.

    Do you mean to say that you are not able to login to from your internal network? Is it displaying any error message when trying to login? 

    I have whitelisted your IP address that is registered with your account. Please try logging to your account and let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to assist.

    Hi Kiran,


    Yes that is right, I still get the following error trying to login to our account using a computer in our local network:


    Hold it right there!

    Looks like your IP address has been banned because of a possible phishing attempt. If you believe that there is a mistake, let us know using the form below.


    In order to login to our jotform account I simply use my phone 4G network as hotspot and there is no problem with that.

    We are unsure about the IP registered with our account; we do not use static IP in our local network so I suspect it's either the matter of our gateway IP address; an ISP issue or our hosting server.


    Please let me know if I can provide any information that can help you resolve the issue.

    The current IP address of your account is 103.74.218.5. I whitelisted that IP address because I do not know if that is the IP address that my colleague whitelisted. 

    Please check again if the same message is shown when using a computer in your local network. It the message is still there, you will have to provide us the IP address so that we can whitelist it. 

    Most likely someone else from your company also has a JotForm account that is suspended for some reason and because of that IP address is blocked.

    The account is no longer blocked on my computer!
