However, once you delete any of the submissions, it won't be recovered even if you upgrade your account. So, I can suggest you to upgrade any paid plan which fit your usage limit.
As I checked, your upload space is close to limit.
You have 100 GB storage limits under Economy plan. If this space is not enough for you, it seems that the only plan you can upgrade is Gold according to our pricing:
