Spent ages making a full form last night , saved it and this morning it says its deleted and is not in the trash file

It may be that the problems that we had due to the data maintenance that may be causing this. Although the issue has been fixed, i will still forward your issue to our developers to have a look at your case.
Here is a quote with a tip while you edit the clone of your form:
As per quoted by our Founder Mr. Aytekin,
"This is a data replication problem between our servers in different data centers. You may either wait little bit for the changes to be updated, or you can use the same domain name. For example if your form is on jotform.us, you can login and use the form builder onwww.jotform.us. Then there will not be any lag in the updates. Usually there is no lag but we are doing some database maintenance today."

The form seems to be working fine now.
We had some trouble yesterday with data replication. That might be the reason. Thanks for your patience.
